In this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”), we, Now, Inc. ("we" or "us"), provide information about how we collect, use and transfer personal information from you through our mobile application (“app”), websites, and services on which we post a link to this Policy (collectively, the “Service”). This Policy covers only personal information (as described below) collected through the Service and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data collection practices of third-party apps, websites, and services integrated with or linked to through the Service. Personal Information: We consider some of the information that we collect about you to be “personal information.” We define personal information as information that is unique to you such as your name, Now account name, e-mail address, Facebook account name, profile details and profile photo.
Actively Submitted Data: We collect the information that you voluntarily provide to us using the Service. For example, you may login to the Service via Facebook, submit event photos, or create a profile page. We also collect the information you send in your communications to us. For example, if you send us a question by e-mail, we will collect your e-mail address.
Analytics: We passively gather information about your device and your Internet connection as you use the Service. This information may include your current IP address, your device ID, the identity of your Internet service provider, the dates and times you access the Service, the Internet address of websites of any sites referring you to the Service, and technical information about your device such as application version numbers. Location Information: The Service may use your device’s location features. This means that the Service provides additional functionality when you allow your device to provide your current location to us. The first time you use a location feature in one of our apps, the app will prompt you for your permission to access your current location. You can enable or disable location features at any time via your device’s settings menu.
Integration with Third-Party Services. Our Service can be configured to use third-party services such as Facebook , Foursquare, and Instagram. These services extend the features of the Service and may permit you to share event, sight or locale information with other users of those services and our Service. Upon appropriate request, we will usually be glad to update or amend your information, but we reserve the right to use information obtained previously to verify your identity or take other actions that we believe are appropriate and lawful.
